UKHG's 'Fly & Flex' Aerial Holiday 2018
Join us in summer 2018 for an incredible week of aerial play, practice and holiday good-times in a beautiful mansion in Spain!

whether you're a total beginner or a ninja aerialist already! ***
You will be asked before the holiday what your 'aerial aims' are for the week, as well as your prior experience, so the holiday can be tailor made to YOUR needs!

Pole-dance / partner pole (with Imogen Gunter-Zak and Eleanor Graham)
Aerial hoop / partner hoop (with Imogen Gunter-Zak and April Ananda Bliss)
Silks (with April Ananda Bliss - www.blisstheworld.com)
Aerial yoga (with Charvee Yoga)
Acro-yoga (with Gems Goddard and Tomer Cohen)
Hooping/hoop-dance (with Livi Little)
PLUS: Morning mindful yoga (with Charvee Yoga)
Somatics classes (with Eleanor Graham)
Dance workshops focusing on performance elements/creating shapes and beautiful lines (with TBC)
Specialist workshops on backbending as well as flexibility and conditioning training (with Gems Goddard and others)
Evening entertainments (including a show and party nights)
**Massage, cranio-sacral therapy and reiki treatments available throughout the week**

What's included?
- Accommodation for the week (own bed, shared room, some en-suite rooms, some shared bathroom)
- All food and refreshments for the week
- All aerial and dance workshops
- All evening entertainments
- Use of all the on-site facilities
- Flight transfers to and from the mansion are included from Girona airport only.
NB: Flights are not included! You will need to fly to Girona airport or Barcelona El Prat airport.
Alcohol is not included - but we do have an on-site shop!

**We will be hanging upside in our beautiful terrace overlooking the pool and the Catalonian countryside - all beams have been load tested for safety and are certified as safe by a structural engineer**
