Scaravelli Yoga is suitable for all abilities, ages and body-types, including complete beginners & those returning to exercise after injury or illness.
These classes create a sense of peacefulness and harmony between body, mind & spirit.
The course runs from 6.30-7.45pm each day.
A later class from 8.00-9.00pm is also available.
Please ensure you bring a yoga mat and a blanket or large towel to keep warm for the relaxation session at the end of the class.
