JAMINAROUND 2019 (part 2) 07/09/19

Performances from: Gamelan Lila Cita, Mesadorm, Alabaster Deplume, Big Ben Jorge, DJ Cal Jader.

Online tickets are in the form of a code. If you bring the reservation code that you received when you booked the ticket, the same code will be on the door next to your name or the name of the person that booked your ticket.

The site will be open from 5.00pm, although the music does not start until 6.00pm. The event will finish by 12pm.

Children and minors: The event is not aimed at young children. There is no concession rate ticket, but children are more than welcome. How much your children of whatever age will enjoy the event is your call. If you are thinking to come and bring very young children, under 10's do not need to pay but must obviously be accompanied by their parents and this must be arranged by email in advance.

Limited tickets will be available on the door at a price of £30.00.

Food and Drinks
Delicious, freshly cooked food (with vegetarian and carnivorous options), a range of hot and cold drinks will be available to purchase at reasonable prices.

This year, we are aiming to make the event as waste-free as possible. All drinks will be served in re-usable cups/mugs and all food on re-usable plates. A selection of local ales and ciders will be available to purchase at reasonable prices. We encourage you to support this aim by not bringing your own drinks in disposable plastic/glass/aluminium containers.

The centre is situated in a small rural village so be advised that there is nothing in the way of shops to buy food after 6pm. There are two village pubs which serve food until around 11pm.

Facilities
The Ancient Technology Centre is used on a daily basis by school groups and the organisers of Jaminaround kindly ask that you respect the site by leaving it as you found it. No rubbish must be left on the grass - especially cigarette butts. There are toilets on site and there will be a drinking water hose to fill up water bottles. No cooking facilities.

Cash

This is a cash only event. There are also no cashpoints in the village, although it may be possible to get cashback in the local pubs. Nearest cashpoint is in the town of Verwood. We advise to arrive with cash in your wallet if you want to buy food or drinks.

Accommodation

There is limited space available for camping overnight at the event. Camping spots must be purchased separately to the event ticket

There is also very limited space for Campervans in the Ancient Technology Centre car park at the top of the track on entrance. Campervan spots must be purchased separately to the event ticket and are only valid with an event ticket.
